”Staff super friendly and helpful. Thanks Dee. Breakfast was supplied and happy hour drinks and lite appetizers was a nice feature. Pool felt great. Bed was comfy. Shower worked and tub big enough for someone over 6 feet to take a bath in. Kitchen had usable appliances and features including a dishwasher. Second stay in 3 months.”

”Not clean at all, bathroom faucet wouldn’t turn off, staining on bedding and couch. The pictures definitely do NOT depict what you’re actually getting. We had to leave after seeing the room, the front desk attendant was helpful enough but she was visibly frustrated as there was someone else canceling as well.”

”Rooms smells of cigarettes and weed along with a super potent musty smell like water has been trapped or something, floors were damp, bed uncomfortable. Stayed here a month or so ago as well and was told they were out of toilet paper when we ran out so had to go purchase some and was told the exact same thing this stay.”

”We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....

”The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. On the morning , we mentioned our evening to the general manager who jokingly said “ it was a normal occurrence in Georgia this time of year .” The breakfast was next . There were no pastries of any kind at 9am and the food on the hot bar was cold . When...

”First time visiting Georgia so the A/C was very important for me to feel comfortable. The one in my room was emitting unpleasant odor after first night. The staff was very understanding and offered different room without hesitation. Even though this hotel is located downtown with wide variety of restaurants around, i still chose the complimentary breakfast during my 5 days stay. I was little disappointed i had to pay for parking on the property and also was prompted to sign in to become a...

”Everything about hotel was great except elevator was not want functioning so we had to wait until someone come from upstairs for it to work because the buttons was not operating”

”I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”
