”This property is disgusting. We had paid for four nights and ended up only staying one night due to there being bugs in the bed. Our faucet was busted, there was yellow stains all over our sheets. Our bathroom had no door frame. And we had planned with our family member who had just graduated from the army to go back to the hotel and swim, but we cannot do so because there was dead frogs in the pool. The hotel felt so nasty for my kids.”

”The room was clean but the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Then it started to beep every 20 seconds. The lights on each side of the bed didn’t work. The shower needs to be updated and the shower curtain had mode on it. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. For a one night stay was ok. But I wouldn’t recommend stay for several days until they get everything functional.”

”Not clean at all, bathroom faucet wouldn’t turn off, staining on bedding and couch. The pictures definitely do NOT depict what you’re actually getting. We had to leave after seeing the room, the front desk attendant was helpful enough but she was visibly frustrated as there was someone else canceling as well.”

”Rooms smells of cigarettes and weed along with a super potent musty smell like water has been trapped or something, floors were damp, bed uncomfortable. Stayed here a month or so ago as well and was told they were out of toilet paper when we ran out so had to go purchase some and was told the exact same thing this stay.”

”Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”

”I checked in and my room had roaches, front desk Carlos was very nice and had accommodated me with another room but unfortunately that room had roaches and bed bugs, hallway smelled like cigarettes and property was un sanitary. Will not book this property again. Glad I was able to get a refund.”

”We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....

”The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. On the morning , we mentioned our evening to the general manager who jokingly said “ it was a normal occurrence in Georgia this time of year .” The breakfast was next . There were no pastries of any kind at 9am and the food on the hot bar was cold . When...

Shower worked and tub big enough for someone over 6 feet to take a bath in. Kitchen had usable appliances and features including a dishwasher. Second stay in 3 months.”

The staff was very understanding and offered different room without hesitation. ”I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”
