”Siisti tilava huone ja hyvä aamiainen.”

”Great property in a really convenient location. Right near the tram stop. Would stay again.”

”Siisti ja hieno huone, palvelutaso puutteellinen ”

”Ihan huippu kokonaisuus. Todella tilava, toimiva ja kaunis huone, hyvä sänky. Hiljaista ja rauhallista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, ravintola huippuluokkaa. Saunakin löytyi.”

”Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

”Very nice and big room. Perfect bed and bathroom. Very kind and Friendly service. A bit too small breakfast room. Good roomservice. One of the best hotel experience I had.”

”Hotelli vaikutti uudelta. Meillä oli executive studio, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava ruuanlaittoon sekä jopa pyykinpesuun (pesukone ja kuivuri). Sijainti on hyvä lentokentän kupeessa, kävelimme kentältä hotellille n. 15 minuuttia. Alakerran ravintola oli myös hyvä. Ainoastaan henkilökunnan taso oli vaihteleva, vastaanotossa jotkut työtekijät eivät edes tervehtineet ja vaikuttivat välinpitämättömiltä. Muutama vastaanoton työntekijä oli kuitenkin ystävällinen. Hotellin läheltä kulkee bussi...

”Perushyvä majoituspaikka, miinuksena ettei ollut ravintolaa. Kävelymatkan päässä lentokentältä.”

”Hotelroom needs renovation. We booked 2 bedroom lakeview whit fireplace. Fireplace didn't work. Room was little bit dirty and needs to be uppdated.”

”Very conveniently located, equipped with everything I needed, clean and great view of the lake.”

”Spire Hotel was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, catering to both city dwellers and outdoor enthusiasts. The room was superb, offering a beautiful view, comfort, and cleanliness. The breakfast was simply amazing, and the staff treated us with exceptional personal attention and genuine friendliness.”

”Spacious. Great views. Quiet”

”The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quality pillows. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. ”

”Great location just in the heart of Queenstown and all the activities. Tour operators leaving just outside our door. Walking distance to burgers and shopping. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Would definitely return!”
