Checking in was a horror story as I do not have a smart phone and did not have internet available as I was travelling. NO WHERE in the emails I received at home indicated that I needed a smart phone to check-in. The reservation was made and paid in full (for a stay on 11 May 2026) in Dec 2025. ”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise. Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”

”The Colony Hotel is the perfect place for a girls get away - the hotel is beautifully decorated and the theme is consistent throughtout the property. The rooms are individually decorated and each one if unique and inviting - the pool is lovely, the bar is a scene and the cocktails are great! The staff goes out of their way to make your experience fabulous - a totally wonderful experience!”

”The Palm House is definitely the best in Palm Beach. Everything about the experience was incredible. My 2 adult daughters and I did a 4 day Mother’s Day trip. The 2 queen beds were great! We ate at some of the best restaurants and we vote the drinks at the Palm House among the best!”

”My bathroom was a mess. The toilet was leaking water. Maintenance went and fixed it. The problem wasn’t fixed, it was still leaking water. I had to call the front desk two more times to send someone to fix it. Then the water wasn’t draining in the tub. Maintenance had to come again to fix it. It was not unclogged all the way. The bathroom floor and the entrance inside the room was dirty. The worst experience I had from staying at an hotel. The front desk staff were really nice and professional.”
