”Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

”We loved our stay at this adorable little cottage! Everything was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The bed was very comfy, and the place is exceptionally clean. Probably the most immaculate place I have stayed in. The patio and pool area is lovely and private, and we enjoyed swimming and hanging out by the beautifully landscaped yard. ”Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...

”Wonderful property. Safe neighborhood, well-lit street parking, private outdoor space, quiet. Check-in was seamless - the wireless keypad entry was easy and worked so well! The inside of the home was very comfortable - comfy beds and couch, soft sheets and towels, well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. Perfect location for us - close to my daughter's college, beaches, restaurants, shopping. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely book Casa Tua again - we loved...

"The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager. "
