Chalet't – Lakeland - Winter Haven

”Pool area was fun with ping pong. Nice changing area and supply of towels. I did have an order delivered from Walmart but for some reason no one could find it. Waited while they looked, then they said they’d call when they located it , but never received that call. Wasted money on goods not found.”

”This hotel was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay, we had nothing to complain about, the service was friendly but not "too much", the breakfast was decent, warm, but I love bacon and that was only served one time, the sausages not so good, bisques excellent, even the omelette were good. The bread and butter section was plain. Room are big, comfortable beds and pillows (I'm picky) Stowe didn't work properly, so no boiled eggs for me... Excellent location near the parks, 10-30$/Uber ride to...

”Hotel is old and smells. The room bathroom stunk of old humidity, it does not have a vent. They cleaned it but it still smelled nasty. The sheets and comforter were like plastic, that the comforter kept falling off the bed and hard pillows. No venting machines to get anything to eat after hours with hungry kids. We ordered breakfast and over $100 and they delivered it in to go boxes and plastic wear. Not a good experience.”

”At check in we were told we were the very back building (which no problem) but when we finally got all of our luggage to the room, our keys didn’t work. We called front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. They arrived after about 25 minutes only to let us in, we were informed we would still have to go to front desk again to have keys fixed. When we returned later in the afternoon/night to our room, we noticed the room was extremely sticky and warm even with the thermostat set...

”Room could have been cleaner. I am guessing the rooms are not swept or vacuumed. I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor of the bathroom. Three days later, the trash was still in the same location.”
