”We have stayed before and liked it, which is why we booked it again. This time was not as good. We did not have any hand towels, washcloths, or bedding for the pull-out couch. I know I could have asked for them, but we got in after midnight and already had to wait in a long line to check in. We were too tired to go back and wait in line again for towels and bedding. When you book a nice hotel, you should be able to expect to find the minimum number of linens in the room without having to go...

”Espectacular lugar! Tranquilo, limpio, con buenas opciones.”

”Pool area was fun with ping pong. Nice changing area and supply of towels. I did have an order delivered from Walmart but for some reason no one could find it. Waited while they looked, then they said they’d call when they located it , but never received that call. Wasted money on goods not found.”

”Ideal bungalow, very clean. Pools are conveniently located with food and drinks. Alcohol beverages are a but pricy. Has some pots and pans in bungalow but minimal as related to preparing meals. Pull-out sofa is NOT comfortable. Bring a mattress pad. ALL staff were excellent with one exception. Young guy at pizza shop was not interested in service. Had to request napkins because he was using an empty napkin despinser as a window stop. He was quite put out with tequest. Least he could've done...
