”Todella hyvä hotelli. Siistit huoneet ja kaunis allasalue lämmitetyillä uima-altailla. Muuten hyvä, mutta henkilökunnan asiakaspalvelussa paljon parannettavaa - eli huono palvelu.”

”Stayed at the All-Star Movie Resort, it was very clean and quiet considering the number of people and the multiple resorts in the area. The pool area was always clean and had multiple life guards on duty at all times. The grounds workers started early in the mornings, but you wouldn't know because they were quiet and respectful. The only thing that needs to be known is, if traveling with multiple family members requiring multiple rooms, make sure you note that at booking so everyone is booked...

”When I booked our hotel, I booked a king sized bed. When we checked in, they said they didn’t have a king available. (I had already paid for this in full). Kept saying that the room with 2 queens was nicer and that we would like it better . Offered me a $50 refund. Again, said how the room was on a high floor and we’d like it more. The bathroom door was broken and very hard to open and I found candy wrappers on the floor.”

”The 2bdrm villa was outdated, I was very disappointed in the room. There was hair in the tub the top cover on bed had stains. The kitchen had a terrible odor. The lazy pool and bar were the highlight of my stay”
