”The condo was as described and was exactly what we needed for the week!! The overall cleanliness of the condo was just ok, the pool and pool area could use some TLC. Worst service ever
"Hilarious service: all the reseption and breakfast personnel at the restaurant were unbelievalbly rude. Actually never had such bad service on any continent (been to all exept Australia and New Zealand). You should not book this hotel unless you are spanish speaking because they treat you like sh.. In Finland we are raised up to never disrespect people by their profession or status, be they cleaning personnel or management. These people in this hotel are out of this world. They do their best to be make customers feel bad. I never speak to anyone without a smile but really these people were just so unfriendly. One exception: house cleaning and bar staff were excellent and professional. "
