”No breakfast which was fine and they only accept cards from a real bank…but other than that, the hotel was awesome. I loved the little game area. They had set up in the lobby and you can get a free drink from the bar, which is nice. The rooms were very unique. We had a guitar in our room which was awesome.”

”They had us down for two rooms, which I did not reserve. A couple who was there with us, arranged their own room and I knew that. So I want to know how Expedia had me down for two rooms. I need a refund from Expedia NOT from Hilton. I will be calling Expedia for an explanation and a refund.”

”Our stay was good except for the room being too hot. We were told the AC weren’t being turned on at this time of the year because of the Minneapolis weather. Otherwise the property was very clean and the location is very convenient in downtown. ”

”The hotel over booked rooms so we had to settle for a smaller bed that didn't work for us after I had already prepaid. If I had known they would do that I would not have stayed here it was extremely unprofessional. Our room had no hand soap and drawers left open.”

”The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was in such a great accessible area of downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever stay in Minneapolis. I’m...
