”Everything was acceptable about the inside of property. Warm and cosy in a very wet February. Lovely shower. Comfy bed. I would have liked curtains in the bedroom to feel more private as blinds had gaps in and a hole where you could see through. No dish scrubber but a cloth. ”The cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. ”Had a lovely stay , clean and comfortable and even had a bath! The parking space was a bit of a struggle due to cars parked on the grass but there's also a free carpark less than a minutes walk. ”Wow! What an unbelievable place! Me and my fiancé (I proposed during our stay) just got back from the best few days at Cariad Pod. The facilities are amazing, everything you could need and more. ”We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher cottage. The grounds of Maesgwynne Mansions (on which this small courtyard of cottages is situated) are lovely; this time of year flowering rhododendrons are a highlight, and a walk around took us past the fishing lake and neighbouring fields with various farm animals. There are fabulous views, and the outdoor swimming pool had a cover enabling us to use it even in early May. very peaceful & highly recommended.”

"Check-in required a call to a telephone number, which, for a foreigner, was a bit complicated. The room was okay, surprisingly spacious, although rather minimally decorated. The bathroom was okay but the shower very confined. The breakfast was adequate but was lacking products with protein; eggs and deli meats would be a necessary addition. Parking was good and easy."
