The towel person and the guy in charge of excursions were very unnecessarily rude. The guy in charge of excursions started making such rude remarks just because we said we will think about it and get back to him. These 2 interactions...

”Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating.”

”Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in.”

”Incredible upscale couples only experience. The plunge pool cottage and outdoor showers were an entire experience to themselves. The food was excellent and the beach dinner was beautiful Highly recommend a stay here ”

”The room views are great, especially the rooms higher up the hill. Everyone was very polite. The rooms and common areas were always clean. Service was slow at times, and fine at times. Island time I guess. The beach was not crowded and there were no vendors hassling you near the resort area. The food was decent, but we had better venturing out to some other restaurants. Good enough when you wanted to remain at the resort. It seems like this was designed to be adults only, but there were some...

”I had booked a seaview room and got exactly what I wanted, a million dollar view from my decent sized balcony where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The beach is excellent and two good restaurants next to the resort. A super small supermarket on site. All units are different (having different owners and reflecting their taste). I enjoyed the Caribbean colors and decorations of my unit. A bit dated but you also get what you pay for.”

”Stayed at Keyonna Beach for a week in August with my husband. It was utterly relaxing and excellent. It's low-key and couples' oriented, so if you're expecting a large resort with lots of activities, this is not your place. However, if you're looking for great and attentive service and total zen&relaxation on a quiet beach in beautiful surroundings, this is definitely your place!”

”The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate....
