”Overall it's a nice hotel, rooms are comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool is really nice. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the elevators were small and usually busy (not great during the coronavirus pandemic) and by the fact that the staff quoted me an incorrect rate on car rental, only correcting the rate 2 hours before the rental was supposed to start (making it substantially more expensive, and importantly, shifting it from cheaper than a private rental to more expensive)....

”A very basic stay but I got all I needed for a couple nights. My room included a TV, a desk, a mini fridge, some cutlery and dishware, a double bed, and a large bathroom with shower. I will say though that the pillows were so hard that they were unusable for me. There is a front desk and the staff were very responsive the couple times I asked for an iron or an extra plate. They were also kind enough to hold my luggage for a couple hours after I had checked out Would stay again if looking for...

”Clean room. Nice staff. Not the greatest of beds, but it will do. The 2 things i would recommend that's an easy fix. Have a iron in the room or iron on request. Cold water in the lobby. ”

”My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts. All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this...

”My stay at the pelican hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff was extremely hospitable and supportive throughout the entirety of my wife and I’s stay. We were visiting Ghana for a wedding and due to some wedding programming had to switch rooms on two occasions; the staff was extremely helpful in getting us relocated to our new rooms and ensuring that the room was up to par on a daily basis.
