âAt first we were confused, because navigator told us to take a ferry. And indeed, you can either take a ferry or drive a bit longer way to the hotel. Ferry ride is cheap and takes few minutes. Tickets can be bought from the ferry or the reception. Hotel had white and gold colours, seems like luxury. I thought this would cost millions. Our room had everyhting, even a complimentary drinks (water, Cola and juice) and welcoming gift (yar of jam). Wi-Fi worked nicely. We had balcony with a lake view....

âWe had a most enjoyable stay. We booked it last minute after a long drive from North of Sweden to the UK. The hotel was exactly what we needed. Very relaxing, clean, excellent food and beer options, dog friendly, free parking.
All staff we have interacted with were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Would highly recommend and will most certainly stay there again on our next trip to Sweden.â

"The location of the hotel was perfect for a short trip, and the staff was friendly â especially Habib, who worked at breakfast service. His professionalism and warm service stood out.
The hotel room was partly updated, but the cleanliness of the bathroom and the mold spots on the silicone joints of the bathtub did not reflect the star rating. Some of the silicone joints had been replaced, while others had not.
I also wondered why, if the rooms were being renovated, a bathtub with the only shower was left in the room. These small details may affect my choice of hotel in the future."
