”The hotel itself is lovely, the room we stayed in was spacious, high powered shower & a mini fridge.
Major issue with pigeons on the balcony, 3 nesting plus others hopping about & unfortunately with pigeons comes a horrific amount of poop!
Couldn’t have window open for fear of them coming into the room.
Also our breakfast experience was ruined by the chefs inability to cook eggs.
Poached or fried the yolks were hard despite (not that I should have to) asking for them to be runny.

”The carpet in our room was so old and in places appeared to be mouldy… we had a tiny basin in the room (and no basin in the en-suite) which was partially overhung by a shelf that made it very difficult to use properly and was likely the cause of the mould in front of it. Our ‘en-suite’ was cramped and the shower cubicle had mould in the sealant and grout. The extractor fan did not work and therefore the bathroom and bedroom felt and smelled damp when we returned after a day out- it was 26...
