”The rooms have smell and the A/C didn’t work as it should. I wouldn’t come back”

”Space was exactly as expected and pictured online. The host was quick and helpful with responses. Check in and check out were a breeze. Neighborhood was safe and a great space to stay for visiting the Stockyards and surrounding areas. The kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. This was the perfect space for 2 families of 4 (8 total) and we would stay here again! ”

”Perfect for someone that prefers a studio apartment style with kitchenette and dishes. Lots of restaurant selection and Walmart all within 5 minutes drive. Close to highway.”

”We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11.”

”Very non-maintained, staff was rude non-helpful and did not seem that they wanted to be there to check you in very short My room was on the fourth floor. The door would not close properly. You had to bang into it or slam it for it to shut and lock the room smelled like must an old wet carpet and towels very musty smelling it stinks”

”Staff was very nice, but the condition of the hotel was not good. Our toilet door didn't close properly and when it did, the door locked from the inside and we were locked out. The bathroom smelled moldy. There were huge white stains in our blankets. The breakfast was bad even for a complimentary breakfast, they ran out of most things before the breakfast time was over (juice, fruit, coffee, forks, butter) and and the tables were dirty. Seemed like no one was looking after the breakfast area...
