”The young lady with glasses was very attentive and willing to help. We had a strong smell of gas by the pool and she came out twice to check. One of the other from desk employees was rude and was on her phone not even making eye contact when we had the pool situation. After we said we would leave a bad review then she started to be more willing to help.. after four hours she told us the pool was available. There was a week oh heatwave over 105 degrees and we needed the pool .”

”Staff was very nice, but the condition of the hotel was not good. Our toilet door didn't close properly and when it did, the door locked from the inside and we were locked out. The bathroom smelled moldy. There were huge white stains in our blankets.
The breakfast was bad even for a complimentary breakfast, they ran out of most things before the breakfast time was over (juice, fruit, coffee, forks, butter) and and the tables were dirty. Seemed like no one was looking after the breakfast area...

”The smell of those rooms. Awful. I went to the first room I had to get out. The smell was horrible. I ask to the receptionist, she was very kind and she gave me another room. Same thing. The smell was horrible. They need to do something about it. Please. Don't stay here unless you had covid and still you have symptoms were you can't smell things. But otherwise you poor nose is going to suffer”

”The rooms are quiet with a warm and peaceful modern western design. The staff make this hotel. From the front desk to the restaurant and bars it is all Michelin level service. There is beautiful art everywhere. The restaurant was always great, but the chef has added to the menu and refined old items. I think the chef is ready for a Michelin star.”
