”Great sized apartment for two people, could easily be three and still comfortable. Clean, in a nice area, and has plenty of things you may need if you’re staying a little longer. Only downside was one towel had some marks on it, but there was a few spare in the bathroom and bedroom so we still had enough to use.”

”The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

”Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... ”

”This flat was perfect for our stay. The location is just about two blocks from the Earls Court tube station making it super easy to get in and out. The flat has a small entrance way with stairs up to the first floor. The two bedrooms and living area are small but fit our family of three well. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast before heading out for the day.”
