”La ubicación es excepcional, el personal es muy amable y profesional,estamos muy agradecidos porque nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Lo unico no tan bueno es el estado de las habitaciones, se las ve bastante viejas y les falta actualización. Cortinas viejas, cuarto de baño muy viejo, moqueta en el suelo muy antigua. Si embargo lo recomendaremos por el fantástico personal, por su trato agradable tan o en el checkin como en los desayunos. La limpieza de habitación estaba muy bien realizada....

”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”

”Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.

”The location is good, but that's about all I can praise here. First, this is not a place you want to stay if you travel with significant luggage (given the labyrinthine and narrow hallways) - but that was not the issue for me. Rather, the room environment was not comfortable as the room thermostat had no effect despite being on and claiming to register my setting changes. (And who has decided that a single heavy bed cover is good, rather than multiple layers of bedsheets?) But the main issue...
