”The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. They were fast and lots of choices. It had lots of baked goods. I got the chesdar omeltte and bacon and toast plus fruits in season lime melon etc. Its a lovely place it takes you back in time. The owner is very easy going and nuce and can answer most questions”

”The retro knotty pine room was very clean, quite spacious, with a table and chairs convenient for our take-out dinner. The ice machine was broken, and the "breakfast" was a choice of cold cereals. ”

”This motel worked perfectly for our weekend at Tanglewood. We had two rooms for our group, and they were perfectly clean, and it was quiet at night. The facilities are outdated and could use a renovation. But for location - just a short drive to Tanglewood - and cleanliness, it fit the bill. Also, the service was excellent. ”

”We arrived after 7 pm and it turned out had reserved the room for Wednesday night instead of Monday night. A person associated with the restaurant which was closed on Monday, helped us. He called in to the staff and checked us into a room. Everything went so smoothly and it could have been last minute looking for a different motel. ”

”While the brick exterior has an older motel kind of look, don't be fooled, the interior has been totally refurbished and is very clean and modern. The hotel is also set back from the road a bit, and our room in the back was very quiet and peaceful with a view to the hills. The facility also has a small bar where you can have a nightcap, which is very convenient if you don't want to drink and drive. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
