”Very nice staff, common areas are very clean, modern, and what would be expected at this level of hotel. Our room was not ok at the price point. The carpet was worn, stained, and not flush with the flooring. The couch had stains on the sofa cushions. The towel hooks were partly pulled out of the wall. Additionally, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were very firm and small. Gym was decent, pool area decent too. Good, lively bar. The restaurant was decent with very friendly...

”We got a suite. The room is big and roomy. A big credit to the old lady at the cafeteria for breakfast that helps to clean and always asking if we need help.”

”The room was clean but there were spider web in every corner. The staff were great. The only problem was the menu they had in the room we order and it never came. The staff didn't know what to do because the restaurant isn't part of the hotel. They need to remove the menu from the rooms.”
