”Pleasant stay and staff”

”The property is under construction so I understand that it could be a mess however there was glass all over the parking lot and pieces of metal where we walked our dog. Just because a place is under construction doesn’t mean these things need to be there.”

”Clean spacious room would book again”

”Very nice staff, common areas are very clean, modern, and what would be expected at this level of hotel. Our room was not ok at the price point. The carpet was worn, stained, and not flush with the flooring. The couch had stains on the sofa cushions. The towel hooks were partly pulled out of the wall. Additionally, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were very firm and small. Gym was decent, pool area decent too. Good, lively bar. The restaurant was decent with very friendly...

”Entire stay the room felt “damp” and when we asked other guests they agreed We spoke to the front desk clerk about it but they pretended like it was the first time it had been mentioned when it was obvious as you opened the door to the room Also the room wasn’t “cleaned” the last two days of our stay Won’t stay here again”

”Clean room, great staff”

”Stayed at the Tru Hilton for 3 nights and 4 days, check in was eezy peezy. Got to our room, room was ok, however I'm a bathroom person and when I went into the shower there was mold in the corner. Hubby and I woke up feeling all stuffed up, not sure if it was caused by the mold that was in the bathroom. Our house keeper Nicole was very good, she ensured that we were well taken care of. Overall experience was Ok.”

”Staff were unpleasant. There was a staff person who was locked out and I let them in and he was the only pleasant person I ran into. I was told to bring down my used towels in order to get fresh ones for the morning. Light in room on the one side didn’t work. And you couldn’t use the outlet in the other light fixture plugs didn’t fit right, they were too loose. The snack area was basically empty both stays. Refrigerator was leaking and didn’t work. Damp musty smell throughout hotel.”
