”The room, separate to and, around the back of the pub was stunning. It was warm and cosy with a controllable radiator for heat. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. ”We loved our stay here. Stylish, spacious and comfortable room with a modern bathroom. The pub and rooms had been recently refurbished with great care. We stayed in room 8 which backed out onto the courtyard behind the pub and had velux windows which you could watch the stars through. Despite being part of a pub, we found our room to be very quiet after 9pm. Breakfast was fantastic, the veggie option was delicious and the ingredients felt very high quality. ”This hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance to Tintagel Castle (Gallos Statue & Merlin's Cave). The hotel experience was great; I received a warm welcome when I checked in at the restaurant/pub up front and they walked me to my room. The room was large and impeccably clean. ”Idyllic setting in a peaceful Cotswold village with beautiful gardens and views but still close to other towns and villages. Very nicely furnished bedroom and a fantastic large bathroom.
