”Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you”

”Siisti ja mukava hotelli. Tilava ja puhdas huone. Rauhallinen alue. Bussipysäkki hotellin vieressä, metrolle myös kävelymatka. ”

”The staff was very sweet and helpful. The property and room were very clean. My ONLY comment is we were placed in a “handicap” accessible room. My daughter is 5’9”. Everything: the bed, the sink the toilet were VERY low. The shower literally floods the entire bathroom. SO if you’re tall I would suggest asking to not be placed in a handicap room”

”The room was comfortable and there is a nice friendly feel to the place. In the morning they leave a basket outside the room for Continental breakfast ( croissants, cornflakes etc.) Unfortunately there was no milk in the fridge and seemingly only cleaning staff on duty when I checked out around 9.30 on Saturday morning.Apart from that it was a pleasant one night stay.”

”Hotel is adequate, location is great. Staff mixed, First Lady on reception could not do enough to assist, the lady in the second day was not the same. The breakfast was poor,”

”Great area , nice property , well equipped. , nice touch with a welcome pack my only fault is the bathroom is small . Would definitely stay again ”

”Ihana huone, hotelli ja henkilökunta”

”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London. The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :) The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

”It is a brand new place on a lively street.”

”Great service, we’ll be back :) ”

”Juuri oikea hotelli perusyöpymiseen, hinta/laatu-suhde erittäin hyvä. Matka rautatieasemalle ja kauppoihin sopiva, lenkkeilyä varten puisto ihan vieressä. Aamupala voisi olla runsaampi. ”
