”From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon...
”Charming, clean and well equipped room above the Fox and Grapes gastro pub. Perfect location for the tennis at Wimbledon with a 20 minute walk across the Common. Really appreciated the continental breakfast basket left overnight and the air conditioning. Bonus of free weekend parking on the street oustide. Quiet at night once the pub has closed and had some lovely food in there as well.”
”Have loved this hotel for decades. Rooms are beautifully designed with luxury bathrooms and L’Occitane toiletries. Only downside is the from noise from the air conditioner. Superb friendly reception team.”

”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”
”Stayed 1 night in room 1, twin room on ground floor. All looked quite new, super clean with great facilities. Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. ”
”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...
”This is our go-to place to stay when it's available. The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay.”

"Tavallinen hotelli, ei mikään hieno paikka. Huone pieni, suihkukoppi vielä pienempi. Kadun äänet kuuluvat todella selkeästi huoneeseen joten nukuin kaikki yöt todella huonosti. Aulassa hieman ummehtunut haju ja hissi haisi aivan maakellarille. Aamupala todella minimaalinen, kaipasin enemmän terveellisempiä vaihtoehtoja. Tulipahan käytyä mutta en menisi uudestaan. "

Huone aika pieni, etenkin neljälle hengelle, mutta hyvin ajoi asiansa eli nukkuminen sujui. Ikkuna 1-kerros lasia eli talvella olisi todennäköisesti todella vetoinen, nytkin oli hiukan viileää ikkunan luons. TV toimi, samoin wifi. "

Good for two friends for London trip, cheap prize and easy access to everywhere as there is tube and busses right next to.
For the prize and staying in only for sleeping I would go again. "
