”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”The Hilton Hotel Oak Lawn, IL was beautiful. The customer service of staff was excellent. It was in an outstanding location for eating and shopping. We were there for funeral so we didn't do any pool or gym. The restaurant in lobby had a delicious buffet breakfast with everything on buffet.”

”The lack of a Microwave in my room and you have to bring your own devices if you want All of the Stations on the TV. Outside of That, Great Stay👍 Their Espresso Martini 🍸 were DELICIOUS 😋 ”

”Stay was just okay. The room I was initially assigned had no thermostat control and the heating system was pumping way too much hot air. (It had to be over 80 degrees.) It was also not very clean and worn down. I’m grateful to the staff that took steps to correct the situation, but it didn’t occur without some convincing (and really pleading) that the accommodations were not acceptable for anyone.
