”We had family coming from 3 different states for my daughter's graduation from UIC. The apartment was perfect for us! We could walk to the ceremony and great restaurants through the beautiful tree-lined streets. The interior is beautifully decorated with interesting and thoughtful artwork and touches. Kitchen had everything we could need. Bathrooms are stocked well. The entire place was comfortable, clean and perfect! When we are in Chicago again, we would definitely stay in this wonderful place...

”This was our second time booking and our experience was as great as the first time. It is a convenient location to many areas around Ukraine Village. Love the space and immaculate condo. As a suggestion if you enjoy cooking bring your own spices and oil. They have everything in reference to dish ware, knives, pots/pans and glasses/cups. It was my birthday weekend and the host had a special gift for me. Very thoughtful!”

”Relaxing, quiet and clean neighborhood. Love the retro decor. Kitchen is well equipped for those that might want to cook. A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. ”Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you!”

There is a parking garage at the corner of Taylor and Paulina that is only $9 if in after 3p and out before 8a... Which is a steal by Chicago parking costs. It's a short 3 block walk to the hotel... ”Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.”

”We had a great experience with friends. The apartment was clean and spacious, and there was everything we needed. The location was good for us, a short distance to the city and United Center. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Ali was a great host, helpful, hospitable and communication was easy with him. He responded quickly and always helped when needed. Overall, the apartment felt like home and I hope to come back. I really recommend staying here if you want a five star experience....

”The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.”

”Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs.”
