”I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name.
This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

”Booked a 4 night getaway for my boyfriend and I to have a relaxing stay in weekend. It was going to snow that weekend so it was going to be perfect to stay in, swim, bowl, get massages, etc. WRONG. The pool and all other amenities are separate from the hotel. Meaning we'd have to walk across the parking lot with wet hair from swimming outside through the snow and wind to get to and from our room. Same with all other amenities. ”I would recommend for a weekend stay. The green surroundings are beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the time outdoors. Friendly customer service. Room noise cancellation could be a bit better. At least during a weekend, there are a lot of families so be prepared to share the swimming pool with children running around ;)”

”My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming at reception and at breakfast at Water’s Edge. It would help if reception reminds guests that their room includes breakfast abalso gives direction as to where the pool, bar, and restaurant is located. There aren’t a lot of signs to help you navigate.
The property is beautiful and has walking paths that we really enjoyed. There is also outdoor seating and a dome with seating if it’s chilly out. The restaurant has...
