”We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. ”We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...

”Arrived at apartments to a friendly welcome from the young female on reception and it continued with every other staff member especially the ladies who clean the apartments. Apartment cleaned almost everyday during our stay with yet another set of fresh towels (3rd set during our week's stay), the day before we left, a first for us in a self catering apartment. ”Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door.
