”Very helpful and friendly staff. Great free breakfast with lots of options. Fresh hot coffee available all hours. Close proximity to all the favorite tourist sites such as: Garden of the Gods, Manitou Dwellings, Focus on the Family Headquarters, Flying W Chuckwagon Dinner & Show. Close to lots of dining and gas options.”

”The location and grounds were spectacular. The 700+ acres were like having your private "Garden of the Gods" for hiking and viewing.”

”Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.”

”Overall experience was quite good aside from the barking dog in the room next door. Although we love animals, we do NOT like staying in areas that other's pets are allowed. Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out. Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating. Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate.”

”Overall, the property was nice and I would certainly return again. The pool was very lackluster, but I wasn’t staying there for the pool so that is minuscule. The staff was very friendly for check-in and check out. I can’t speak on behalf of their breakfast because the first morning I met family for breakfast and the following morning I had to leave so early that I didn’t get a chance to give it a try but the first morning it smelled really good.”

”Good location, clean and well maintained, helpful staff and commendable breakfast. FYI, there’s a parking fee every night.”

”Breakfast was very basic, bagels, muffins, waffles. The room was clean but no clock, no microwave ( until the last day of my stay) then they get them in the rooms. The pool was nicely heated but pool area was dirty and needed some major old! Would not stay here again.”

”Hotel is very clean and front desk is very nice. 24h cafe and breakfast. There is also a gym and even a swimming pool. Overall well above my expectations.”

”Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and a large store within walking distance. We had a great stay. My only comment would be regarding the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom shower. They are fixed on the wall and refilled. The scents were woodsy and masculine. Personally, I would have preferred individual amenities with a more neutal fragrance.”

”The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off...

”The Staff here was so helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is a little outdated our AC didn't work all that well and the breakfast was just okay and very minimal no fresh fruit canned fruit and the flavored creamer was empty. The room was clean, but the property needs a face-lift.”
