”Would be good to have tea and coffee in the room and for the cafe to stay open longer. A pity they swapped us from an exterior room to an interior one with less character. Bed could be firmer but super large. Fabulous breakfast, perfect location and beautifully furnished room+ building”

”Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. Would stay here again. Thank you!”

”Kaikki toimi hyvin, hotelli ja palvelut.”

”Camera pulita. Personale disponibile”

”Flat kept in poor state with blocked bathroom sink on arrival(given chemical to unblock andfixed) also the only window to outside broken amd not able to close resultimg in air con being of very limited helpmamd quite noisy particularly at night. Also sofa ded was extremely dirty and had a broken piece of metal sticking out which could have resulted inan injury. Walls in mediocre state with many stains and marks and linen ever changed in a 2 week stay despite requests( only towels after asking)...

”Very nice city hotel on good scenerylocation, opposite to historic Castillo de Luz and port of Las Palmas. There are good beds and pillows on the rooms and enough space, although the bathroom is quite tiny. Breakfast room is small as well, but the main thing, the breakfast has good selection. For staying some days in the city, this is a really good choice. For a longer stay, I would prefer more apartamento-style. Rooms were cleaned daily; sometimes I think they changed the towels a bit too...

”Perfect location and rooms! Next to the beach, shops and bus station. Great beds and breakfast on the rooftop terrace!”

”With out balcony :(”

”Huone oli siisti ja hotellin sijainti hyvä.”

”Hotellikouluna toimiva hotelli jossa on varsin epäselvää kuka talon väestä on opiskelija, kuka opettaja ja kuka muuten vaan hengailemassa paikan päällä.

”Nice check-in/-out, friendly guy. Breakfast good, but not exceptional. The premium room with a big balcony was good. Would have been great with 2 sun loungers, there would have been space. The room itself was OK, but perhaps not premium. No power outlet near a mirror, if you would like to check yourself while blow drying your hair or shaving. Teabags and cups, but no kettle. Slippers for one, in a room booked for two. Two robes, but only one belt. The room was big, but felt cramped,...
