”No tenía mi habitación mini bar Increíble ”

”The room was clean, but did have a musty smell at times. Our bathroom door came off the hinge, but maintenance was quick to fix it once I notified the front desk. Our room had a view of the quiet pool. The staff were all friendly, amazing and work hard. Just to name a few that were awesome (Jones - Sutra, Ivan - breakfast, Aldo - Flame and Abdiel at the Expedia desk). These 4 gentlemen were awesome. Always have a great time and this resort and will definitely be back. ”

”The best hostel where I've been so far! Nice staff, good location, clean rooms and good breakfast and supper included. ”

”From start to finish the resort was very clean and welcoming. I stayed in the xt suite. All of the restaurants was good especially the spoon(breakfast) and Spumante was top tier. Concierge was on top of their jobs. The night life was good also. Something different going on every night. All the pools were nice and had a different vibe at each. The highlight of the trip was the spa. That was the definition of pampering! Martin and Stephania did an amazing job. ”

”Sandra and Andrea hosts were amazing. So helpful and wonderful communication. Felt more like family friends! Facility was clean and well presented. Great location , easy access to downtown and Hotel Zone, ferry, banks, restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again without heditation”

”Es un lugar muy accesible, un hotel céntrico que tiene todo lo necesario a su alrededor. Las personas que se encuentran en recepción muy amables, muy limpio todo siempre. Solamente tal vez las cortinas de habitación deben cubrir toda la ventana ya que la luz muy temprano entra, y algunos llegan a descansar, la puerta de entrada a la habitación debe ser más segura para niños, que no se abra tan fácil. Sin embargo, si regresaría a hospedarme a este hotel.”

”This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...

”It was a good place to stay in Cancun for one night. There is so many good restsurants near hotel and it is also easy to walk to Ado bus station. Receptionist was kind and helpful.”

”Really lovely big room and comfortable bed. We slept really well here. Staff were super friendly. There were lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner and a supermarket. The ADO bus station is a 5 minute walk away too. We used the pool but didn’t take part in any of the yoga or wellbeing options. We did eat breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but found there were other better options nearby at a more reasonable price.”
