My trip was 1/15/26...Let's start with a message I sent on 12/20/25 requesting information about the type of coffee maker in the room, which was never answered.
Upon arriving at the property I requested an early check in with the front desk associate who informed me that I had to get approval from the owner (LSI). I called 3 times with no answer. One of the calls i was on hold for 9 minutes before i finally gave up and hung up. I also sent a message through the expedia app requesting an early check-in...no response.
Upon check in (at regular time) and entering my suite I noticed the furniture was dated & damaged and the room appeared very unclean, the carpeting, walls, refrigerator/freezer, couch, chairs, table, lamp, nightstand, ice bucket, other surfaces and the coffee maker...the coffee maker was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The balcony did not have any furniture, chairs/table, as represented in the listing.
When the bell hop brought my bags up is when we figured out the doorbell was inoperable. I reached out to LSI in the expedia app and Tyra N. called me almost immediately after where i explained to her what all i had observed. She sent me an email requesting photos, to which I sent approximately 40 photos showing all the damages and lack of cleanliness. She made arrangements for me to switch rooms.
Out of space for the review, but here's the 2nd suite issues basics/tile floors gross,tub jets,shower head,coffee maker,damages,outdated,0 outdoor furniture mgm wouldnt do ANYTHIN
