”I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed both the pool and the tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working during my stay.
As a suggestion, there is only one laundry and dryer machine in the entire building, so adding more would make things much more convenient for guests.

”I would never stay at this property. The room had a terrible odour, the sheets weren’t cleaned properly. I have been trying to deal with properly regarding this and they hsve been rude, hung up the phone and give me the run around. I want to make people aware before you spend your money on this hotel”

”Second stay split over a week. Great price is what makes it score higher. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Served its purpose for a stay in Latham - I would stay again if got a good deal on price.
Property could do with some love.
It is a dog friendly property - out of staff control but dogs barking all day in rooms, late at night as well with owners yelling at dogs as they ran down corridor.
