”Excellent hotel with very good rooms, quiet location on the edge of a large park. Plenty of parking and off beaten track so secure in that respect. Nice restaurant with varied menu choices; breakfast excellent. Staff welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely use this again in preference to others closer to or in the town but really need car to access.”

”This hotel is not an accomodation for families even of they have family rooms. I did not feel at ease with my 2 young children. Do NOT visit if you are travelling with young children. Nothing is easy everything is very expensive… the room was not clean, there was mold, the toiket didn’t flush properly and staff (and some clients) was looking at me from far up. It’s best to avoid if you don’t like this type of BS.”

”Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

”Very pleasant experience. Clean modern room and helpful staff. Cosy restaurant with good drinks. Breakfast is freshly prepared according to your choise, a bit heavy though. Rooms are located in a separate building near a big road so we heard a little bit of noise from the traffic.”

”A relaxing weekend, the room was clean and quiet, the staff were helpful and polite and the food good qulality. There was plenty of parking at the Hotel and in the town and made for a lovely weeken break.”

”The hotel is nice and clean, the location was perfect as I needed both buses and trains in the area. If I visit Swindon again, I will stay in this hotel. ”

”Nice simple room. Nice pub and staff. Was like a suana to sleep in, but it was during a heatwave. All very easy.”

”Room was ok, outdated but clean otherwise. The bathroom floor tiles and caulking were stained and felt dirty. Shower pressure was amazing, they had dove shampoo, conditioner and soap which was a nice surprise. Breakfast had warm dishes (eggs, bacon, hash brown, beans), coffee, juices, cereals and muffins, croissants and pancakes. I wouldn't stay here longer since the amenities were quite poor but for one night stay (passing through Swindon) this was totally fine and staff that we encountered...

”I have stayed in many hotels but this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly and accommodating the hotel rooms here large and nicely decorated. The gardens provided a perfect setting for a late evening drink and winding down after a busy day. Yes there are probably, better hotels out there but for our stay this was a 5 Star event.”
