”A quiet place by the lake, cosy albeit small rooms, very nice green area. You should be aware that there is no breakfast served but there are kitchens on both floors and plenty of space to have breakfast on your own. The restaurant on the property serves copious lunch and dinners as well as local wines. Couple of tourist attractions in the proximity. ”

”Loved staying at David’s home. The location is perfect and the kindness and friendliness of the host was welcoming. I didn’t realize it was a shared bath but that was not a problem since I was the only one there. Perhaps I missed that in the listing. Brought back many memories for me when I lived at the lake during the summer.”

”While our host provided fabulous breakfasts, the listing for the room was misleading. It says two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In reality there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. Our room was very, very small. There was no room for our suitcases and two people could hardly move around. The lighting in the room was not adequate.”

”I've traveled around the world, and this is by far the place I've ever stayed! The accommodations were very clean and impressive. The gourmet meals they prepared for breakfast and dinner were always delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the gracious owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We were thrilled that our daughter was able to take her first horseback riding lesson there. Our kids loved holding the baby goats that were born there that...

”Great location for visiting Cooperstown. Centrally located and in walking distance of the Baseball Hall of Fame and shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept. Parking was very convenient off the street so you didn't have to worry about looking fo parking if you left the area. Would definitely stay again.”
