The Basiliko View apartment is a bright 75 sqm apartment, suitable for hosting up to 6 people, located in Lazise, 250 metres from the lakeside promenade and beach and 750 metres (10 minutes on foot) from Lazise's historic centre. The apartment has a small garden and a furnished terrace with table and chairs with wonderful views of the pool and lake. The apartment's strong point is precisely the magnificent lake view and proximity to the historic centre. The apartment is located within a small residential complex of only 10 units with a condominium pool with lake views. Available to guests are an iron, internet access (wifi), heating with heat pump and air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine in the basement, cellar and an outdoor parking space within the condominium. The apartment is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and citrus press. The ground floor also houses the living room with comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV, large table for family dinners. Going up to the upper floor we find two bedrooms, one with lake view balcony and two single beds, the other with wardrobe and two king size single beds, bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, hairdryer, toilet. The bathroom is therefore only on the upper floor. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Due to the presence of a narrow internal staircase we do not recommend this property to guests with reduced mobility or guests with infants.
