”Clean comfortable room. Staff were fantastic - Elvis particularly was really attentive and friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Loved all the dietary accommodations in the breakfast bar!!! I’m lactose intolerant so it was really nice to see the soy milk for the tea and the plant based yoghurt for the fruit station!!!! Haven’t seen that in any other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. All in all a very pleasant trip”

”I visited for 1 night and prior to my stay I had emailed requesting rooms together which I did not receive a reply, this was a little disappointing as we were on different floors! We also felt a little unsafe at the property and the beds were very uncomfortable with springs noticeable! Our rooms were clean and had the basics of what was needed, however very outdated and I experienced a lot of plaster crumbling off my wall! I don’t think the hotel matches up with how it is described on advertised...

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kings Head. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was delicious and the tapas menu was superb. Some facilities were in need of attention such as the lack of sufficiently hot water in the shower. Overall though we would definitely go back”

”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much...

”Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford. The beds weren’t very comfortable though. The only other little thing was its right next door to a McDonald’s and our room was by the entrance to the drive through, which meant on one...

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”
