”Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. I'm sure it will continue to get better over time as little things get added by host. Good communication from host.”

”Upon reservation I received instructions on where to park, (That was correct)codes for elevator ( Not needed) Floor number (Incorrect), Unit # (incorrect). Tried to het in and code did not eork and angry tenant came to door. Dishes were dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bath tub drain didn't work. Used condoms in the bathroom garbage. Contact was rude.”

”The host was so disconnected and unavailable. The "Fully Equipped" kitchen had one sauce pan and a baking pan. It took 9 days to get pots and pans. There was No Wi-Fi available the whole stay. My company bought me a mobile hit spot to use while staying there. Washing machine eats clothes, it destroyed 3 pairs of pants and 2 hoodies. ”This apartment is very basically furnished, the pictures show more than is actually provided. There is a couch that is very worn and shabby, a coffee table and a TV hanging on the wall. No coffee cups, a coffee maker that barely works. The bedroom has a bed frame with a mattress, no mattress cover just a very thin sheet and comforter and a table. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit.
