”When I booked through Expedia I chose a listed room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived at the hotel the room only had 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper, no sofa at all. I asked the clerk about this and was told they removed the sofa sleepers when the hotel was remodeled. Evidently Expedia data is not kept up to date. This will be the last time I book through Expedia. Very displeased with the result which meant we were stuck with a room with inadequate sleeping and two men had to...

”Upon our arrival and entering our room. Whomever was in charge of housekeeping left a used wash cloth hanging over the shower. The sheets scared me a little, they were not Clorox white, kind of a dirty white. Amenities were a zero. No hangers in room. No drawers to place your belongings, No room decor, no information booklets, no tv guide, no pamphlets of any kind. Dinning area is horrible. No impressed by far, but it served the purpose. I’m sorry to say that we will never stay at this hotel...

”The room was gross and dirty. The photos online make the rooms and property look significantly nicer than it is. The rooms had a really bad smell. I did not even end up staying, I left because the smell was so bad.”

”Everything went very smoothly. The breakfast was outstanding and the family happy hour was a real plus! We will come back again!!”

”The room was clean. There was no trash can, we went down and asked for more towels and a trash can. We were given the towels and was told they'd bring up the trash can but it was delivered. Breakfast was hot”
