Large three-room apartment located in the heart of the city, about 10 minutes from the train station and 400 meters from the lakefront promenade and cycle and pedestrian path. Ideal for families or couples of friends who wish to stay in one of the historic residential areas of Lecco, being able to walk to all the main areas of interest of the city. Being also equipped with desks, it can also be useful for those who need to stay for study and work reasons.
The apartment is located at the end of Viale Turati, which connects the area of the train station to the historic Capuchin Church; the vital center of the city of Lecco, the Viale is home to numerous commercial services, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and historic activities such as the Pastificio Emiliano, a reference point for lovers of fresh pasta and ready-to-cook first courses. There are plenty of parking spaces near the apartment, many of which are free and unlimited in time.
The entrance is located on the second floor of the building: it opens onto the living area with open kitchen, dining table and sofa in front of the television, beautiful view of Monte San Martino; The sleeping area consists of two large independent bedrooms with large wardrobes: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (possibly adaptable to a double bed) Plus a third pull-out bed, also equipped with a thick and comfortable mattress, and access to a small terrace; The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Recently renovated, the spaces have been designed to offer a comfortable stay: double-glazed windows, air conditioning in both bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and mattresses, and everything you need for a complete stay: kitchen equipped with crockery for cooking and dining, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and its milk frother for cappuccino,   kettle, comfortable sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. High chair for children on request.
The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and towel set for all guests, and a welcome kit consisting of oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher fluid and toilet paper.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
