"Watch out! They overbook you. I was forced at 9:40 pm to go to another hotel that they arranged in front of me. OK so get to stay in harrogate again for free with them and the got me another hotel, but I was planning to use the gym etc prior to my work the next day. Staff were nice and apologetic ..."
