”I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed.”

”We booked this last minute for a date night in Leeds and got a great deal. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a huge bed and a nice view. Staff were excellent - just a really nice hotel - highly recommend!”

”Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed”

”Hyvä perus hotelli, ei valittamista.”

”Friendly, helpful staff. Great location!”

”We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again.”

”Nicely maintained hotel, and very well situated for access to the Arena. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed - I slept well, which is not always the case. Very friendly and competent staff. Only thing for me was that the hot buffet items on the breakfast looked and tasted as though they had been standing for quite a while - I know this is not easy to get right but is an area for consideration. I will certainly stay again here, in fact I’ve already booked!”

”The hotel itself is great The location is right in the heart of the city with a lot of bars/nightclubs outside. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and got no sleep until the clubs closed. We may as well have been in them the music and noise was soooo loud. They don’t close until after 5am !!!! Some might like that but I now very sleep deprived - don’t book here if you need a nights sleep If you can go without then it’s a great hotel”

”Very good room and friendly personnel.”

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...

”Amazing place - spotless! Will definitely stay here again. Gorgeous suites with beautiful decor.”

”Great staff, good location but can be noisy late into the night and early morning due to the surrounding venues, which affects your ability to sleep. Soundproofing could be better. When it’s full service can be slow, we waited 45mins for our breakfast order which was not a great experience, although the food itself was great.”
