”Great facility with attentive staff”

”A superb hotel that managed to exceed my already high expectations. The room was stylish and really the best I've seen so far. Also the staff was very friendly and attentive. The service level was incredibly high and also consistent - everyone from managers to doormen, housekeepers and restaurant staff really did their best. There was a problem with warm water, but the staff handled it in a very nice way leaving me feel great after all. The breakfast was a bit pricey but absolutely worth it as...

”The hotel was very clean and good looking and the staff was mostly nice, but I don't think the experience was worth the money. The nights were quite expensive, and I feel like I did not get my money's worth. Also, there was supposed to be a tablet for ordering room service in the room, but mine did not have one. I told the staff but they did not provide me with one.”

”Our family of four had two rooms for 3 nights prior to joining a riverboat cruise. This hotel is in a wonderful location, especially for walking to the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, wonderful cafes, shops, etc. The rooms and restaurant/terrace area are impeccably maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in answering all questions (and arranging taxi pick up if needed). We highly recommend this hotel for the experience of a wonderful Paris neighborhood and outstanding service. ”
