”Locations good Staff so so It was clean but they never came back to clean in 3 days that we stayed there we were told there was extra charge if we want them to clean And there is not elevator For elderly people is not convenient”

”The hotel was very nice. Parking was super easy, checking in was easy and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast had a lot of things to choose from which was nice. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The only thing they could work on is cleaning up the common areas, the elevator and the breakfast area. ”

”Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.”

”The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for walking around town. We loved using the complimentary bikes and enjoyed the convenience of the coffee shop. The only drawback is that the pool is one that you need to drive and for a small fee. We didn’t use it but apparently has a lot to offer besides the pool.”

”If you discover that you left any valuables in your room, forget about getting them back from housekeeping. I left several gold earrings in my room in addition to a large (expensive) shampoo bottle and facewash. And somehow nothing was found or turned in to lost and found by housekeeping. I filed a complaint against the hotel with the State of South Carolina for theft.”

”What laundry service? Parkimg was easy. Staff was overwhelmed with problems from guests. Most of these problems were preventable of they had fully prepared the rooms before the guests stayed in them. Amoung the problems were one lady didnt have a shower curtain. We didnt have a remote and went multiple times and they kepta promising to come help us. One guest had 6 people and two sets of towels for a room with more than one bed. Our room had fpur people to share a single bottle of shampoo, no...

”Price was fair. Easy to book. I thought the overall appearance of the property was a little tried and could use a refresh. The room showed signs of wear and could also use remodeling. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable.”

”Family orientated hotel with great pools, walk on beach access, wonderful BBQ options for self catering. Rooms are large and family orientated. Fab stay! ”

”The elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor. The doors to the stairs slammed all night with people coming in and out. It was impossible to sleep. The trash picks up at 4am and is so loud. ”

”Didn’t like that I got there at 1:45 and they wouldn’t let me in a room even though I know many rooms were clean and ready. If a room is ready and someone has been traveling - let them in a room. ”
