”The room is as clean, the only issue I had was that once I left the lobby the area the rest of the hotel had a strange smell to it. I also observed what appeared to be bloody hand prints on the door of the bathroom.”

”Located close to Convention Center, baseball stadium and beach. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Great location if not interested in staying on the beach.”

”When I walked in I saw a small roach crawling on the wall. I did not kill it cuz they're disgusting and I don't want to have anything to do with them.. When I woke up the next morning and got out of bed that a little critter was in the bed with me. Of course he was dead by then. I told the front desk that they need to spray the room. Also went to turn the heat on and it had this disgusting smell almost like urine. So I turned that off. I will not stay there ever again. ”

”The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance...
