”The hotel shares the parking garage with the arena next door. There a no exterior sign indicating the entrance for parking at the hotel. There was a valet parking area on the street in front of the hotel but there was no attendant. It took several circles around the block to find the parking entrance. We arrived promptly at 4PM (earliest check-in time) but found ourselves tenth in line because there was only one person working the check-in counter. There were also 6 people waiting to retrieve...

”Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees.”

”I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. As soon as I walked into the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable to stay there. The air conditioner was extremely dirty, old, and clearly had not been cleaned or maintained in a long time. The walls were covered in visible dirt and stains, giving the entire room an unclean appearance. The bedding was even worse. The blanket looked like an old curtain that had been repurposed, and it was full of holes...
