Leicester Forest East Hotellit

”Sopivan lähellä keskustaa, iloinen ja joustava henkilökunta.”

”O unico problema que tive com o quarto foi o aquecimento, que não funcionava. O quarto não passava de 17 a 18 graus. De resto, foi tudo muito bom.”

”Great hotel, the rooms were fantastic and I would happily stay again.”

”Good choice to stay.”

”The accommodation, though clean, is very tired. The leatherette headboard was worn and needed replacing. The television reception was poor with no signal at times. The bathroom suite was old with mildew around the bath. The restaurant and bar were comfortable and traditional. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem changing the chicken curry brought to the table for the vegetarian one I actually ordered! The new menu is not an improvement and we wouldn't eat in again. I...

”A really great place to spend a night or two. A budget hotel so rooms are compact, with limited in room facilities. However, lovely staff, great WiFi, breakfast if required. Hot drink facilities in the cafe area to help yourself and the bonus of this was being able to make my tea with fresh milk! I would definitely stay here in preference to a Travelodge or many Premier Inns, but don't share the secret!”

”We initially booked 3 rooms which were advertised to have sofa beds, in every other hotel we have stayed at there are extra duvet and pillows inside the wardrobe however this was not the case. When we went to request the extra duvet and pillows the receptionist was rude and told us we should’ve requested these ahead of time. You would think we’re were asking for something obscure and not a duvet and pillow at a hotel with his reaction. Eventually my sister explained we were here for her wedding...

”Olin rullakiekkolomalla Lutterworthissa. En ollut käynyt kylässä koskaan aikaisemmin, enkä tuntenut seutua. Hotellin ystävällinen henkilökunta neuvoi reitin hallille. Hotellilla oli kaikki tarvittavat palvelut.”

”What a lovely hotel! This kind of hotels is the reason we love to visit UK; they are unique, beautifully decorated and the service is wonderful! The room was tiny but beautiful and it had everything we needed. It was very quiet and warm. The breakfast was very good and the dinner at the pub was excellent. We would love to go back!”

”I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should...

”The Abbey Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone. Accessible for people with disabilities as well. Great reception staff. 10/10 would stay again.”
