House Rules
- No smoking anywhere inside the property. Guests may smoke outside only, provided cigarette ends are disposed of responsibly.
- Strictly no drugs or illegal substances. Any breach will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments.
- No shoes upstairs. Please help us keep the house clean and comfortable for all guests.
- Respect our neighbours. This is a quiet, gated community. Noise should be kept to a minimum, particularly after 10pm.
- Parking: A maximum of 3 cars are permitted on the driveway. No parking on grassed areas, pavements, or obstructing neighbours’ access.
- Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed.
- Damage & security: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. The lead guest agrees to cover additional costs if required.
- Check-out: Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition and return all keys. Late check-out without prior agreement may incur an additional fee.
