”The rooms on the property are tiny, they look bigger in the pictures! The rooms are dated & dirty. I'm not sure we were actually clean after getting showered. The floor was gritty under foot and there were other people's hair all over the bathroom floor. There were a lot of mixed messages as well. When booking its advised that you can check in from 3 but check in forms we received implied you can't check in before 5. Breakfast was another mix of messages with staff not being clear either....

”I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...
