The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Good hotel overall. Love the bathroom as itâs a proper shower however the rainfall head wasnât quite working properly. Clean room. Attentive staff. Would look to upgrade the kettle/coffee set up as this lets it down 4/5 as good price for this quality! Would definitely stay again"

"The room was beautifully presented and we enjoyed using the pool. Staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the biggest let down for us was the shower in the room. It wouldnât stabilize kept turning hot then really cold. Couldnât enjoy it. Other than that a lovely stay."

"Enjoyable two night stay. Very warm, which made the pool a godsend. Breakfast was a bit cramped and bland, if I was being picky. Lovely room, great bed and good size walk-in shower. Overall, a very definite thumbs up."
